Quality Monitoring solution of ASC called INSPIRATIONpro. This system allows contact centers to evaluate and analyze all communication, such as telephone calls and screen activity, with their customers. The supervisor does this from his own workstation when the time suits him. Notice that evaluation by sitting side by side requires a lot of time and that the reliability of such a measurement can be questioned.
With Agent Assistance the supervisor can live monitor the screen and listen to the call of the agent. With this feature the agent can be supported without the customer noticing it. With INSPIRATIONpro you can simply define who, what and when will be recorded, how you store the information and what you will do with the voice and screen recordings. You can make evaluation forms that allow consistent evaluation of recorded calls. These evaluations can be stored and periodically be reported on to allow you to get more insight.
A special option automatically bookmarks a call when a specific word is pronounced. This so called Keyword Spotting feature allows fast and easy retrieval of calls that contain specific words.
