Genesis Management, Billing and Recording for Mototrola TETRA

Genesis is a Motorola Applications Partner for Dimetra. The GenSZAI software of Genesis 'listens' to the Dimetra ATIA data stream and accumulates call usage information in easily accessible data tables that can then be imported into existing software packages. The software suite of GenSZAI + Genesis Trio does billing based on fixed charges plus usage.

GenSZAI

This solution (pronounced Gen'-sigh) accumulates all airtime for the Motorola SmartZone and Dimetra trunk system owner.

Genesis Trio

This is a customer management and billing system (CM&B) for the next generation. Trio is modular and can be purchased and tailored to your specific level of needs. Trio covers from order entry to provisioning to billing. Trio can handle all airtime billing for each of the systems that it supports. Trio operates and invoices in multiple languages and is packed full of management tools!  

NetVista

This is a complimentary product to GenSZAI. NetVista3 allows the GenSZAI owner to remotely view live activity on his Motorola SmartZone and Dimetra trunk system. Any Ethernet connection can be used that can 'see' the GenSZAI accumulator. Live channel activity, Call Packet information, and more. Many 'canned reports' are also available from within NetVista.
